Question: I live in little rock arkansas and run my own tree removal business. does anyone know how i could make myself?

Does anyone know how i could make myself known. im only 18 and the company or small company was an inheritance. i want to run it bc its all i know how to do and i know i can make good money off of it. my dad worked for marshall tree service and for apple tree service. he was very well known and i just want to run it like he did. can anyone help me ? for those who live in little rock my dad was felipe gutierrez and im sure those of you who knew him knew how he worked. i wish to do the same ..

I would take a marketing class... one that will give you the proper insight to market your business. 93% of any business is word of mouth.... good or bad. You want the words of others to be good... you want them to tell others to use your service. You need to advertise... plain and simple. Business cards are a must. Competitive pricing is a must. Great customer service is a must. Loyal, honest, professional employees that go to your customers homes is a must. Good luck. I do think you should go to school, though... get yourself an education to properly run your business.

Make business cards, flyers to hang up around stores, tell friends to tell others about you, telephone book, if you have facebook post it on facebook, make a LIKE page on facebook for your company, etc.

Post ads on craigslist.com. My roommate runs a cleaning company and he gets tons of business from craigslist alone.
