Question: How much for 3 bedroom private house in brooklyn/queens?

Me and 2 potential roomies are looking to rent a 3 bedroom private house in brooklyn or queens, preferably a location close to the city. Ideally we would need a fully detached private house with a full basement, this way we have a space to set up music recording equipment to make music, possibly making a lot of noise at times. Do any of you know if places are available like this Brooklyn/ Queens and if so how much are we looking to pay monthly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Craigslist usually have lots of rentals by owners. I'd look there to get an idea of what they rent for, too.
