Question: Do you know of any employers that hire felons in cincinnati, oh?

I'm trying to help out some friends in need of a job and I need some places that they can apply to that will hire employees with criminal backgrounds. Please help if you know of any places in cincinnati, oh or kentucky (florence, covington, newport area)

I am trying to help a friend as well. It is not easy. But I hear that depending on the crime, that will determine who can hire them.
