I actually live there, and trust me - nowhere does. I tried getting a job a year ago when I was 15 and it was really difficult because of the laws, and now that I'm 16 and the laws aren't in the way, it's still really hard... especially because of the economy. Sadly, unless you have some really good connections then it will be very difficult for you to find a job there. But definitely try babysitting, or other things like that where you don't actually need to be hired by a business to do. Good luck!
