Question: What income based apartments are felon friendly in grand rapids mi?

Ive been to prison and now on probation, what apartment complexes are felon friendly in grand rapids? what housing resourses are out there for felons?

None. Income based is subsidized, and you do not qualify for subsidized housing as a felon.

It is very difficult to find a apartment for rent if you are a felon , you need to negotiate with the land lord

What you are looking for does not exist. Income based apartments are government supported, and you can't live in government funded properties if you are a felon. Most decent apartments will not rent to felons. You may find yourself living in a rather 'seedy' part of town. You now realize that the effects of a felony conviction do not end when you walk out of the prison gate.
