Its a customer evaluation employment firm that specializes in assisting corporations on how to improve customer service relations to there clientele.

If they said "there " instead of "their ".....then yes. It is also poorly worded. If you pull up this address on Google Maps, you will see a bunch of businesses located in that building. However, this is not one of them and the other businesses are more industrial in nature.

YES. ABSOLUTELY. MAIL IS SENT FROM CANADA. NO BUSINESS FOUND UNDER THAT NAME. NO RECORD OF THAT PHONE NUMBER. BEEN LOOKING INTO THIS SCAM SINCE LAST FRIDAY.
