Question: How can i get low income housing before i move to la crosse?

I have a daughter who lives in la crosse who knows all my info..I want my own place as soon as i come up .An im also on ssd an 50 yrs old. can you help me?

You can not apply with the housing authority anywhere that you do not presently work or live. You need to move there first, then apply with the housing authority for income based housing. It could take several years for housing to become available to you.
