Banks are not writing loans on investment properties...for the most part. Detroit? investment property implies that you plan to make money from them.... Detroit isn't a place I would look to make money from property. That market has totally collapsed...michigan is listed as #1 for housing crash. I doubt you will get a loan on property in Detroit.
