This is such a long story a friend screwed me over so im going to keep it short. They releasded me on own reconiance i paid $60 went home. So i got 2 doctors notes saying that im his legal caretaker that it is not uncommen for me to have his medications on me at all times. I showed that to the arresting officer and he says if the da wants to drop it hell agree so i go thursday hopefully they drop it. I had a friend who works for the fire department emt driver she got mad b c her puppy dog a guy friend who she used liked hanging with me my hubby so she got pisses threatened me troy gis parents we got over 285 txts abd 40 answering machinee threats 20 messages on Facebook, I had to change my email passwords phone numbers everything. The officer said hed talk to her when it happened it stopped for a few days then started again. Ive tried 4 times 2 put a restraining order along with my friend. So anyways i used to put up a ad on backpage for erotic dancing well she hacked into my facebook printed out a conversation i had with a guy a very long time ago, we never met but discussed a price but no act what so ever. They even brought him in gave him a ticket he says weve never met, so they asked him what he thought he might get he says i dunno then said if u had to guess what would it be the kid said i dunno sex. I never agreed to nething its all hear say so they got the convesation cause she hacked my account was reported 7 times from different people. So i go to jail on a engaging in prostituition charge and it violated my bail so now im facing to class e misdemeanors the lowest u can go I got arrested in Florida in 2007 I was working for a escort service it was a setup theyarrested me all i did was collect money, didnt discuss nething i had 2 percocet and a valium in a aleve bottle Well they dropped the prostituition charge b c i dint agree to anything tried the pills but I had a legal scrip so they dropped the chargers. So my Question is I am 99% likely to have the pill case dropped out maybe %100 but on the other two I dunno what 2 expect ive never had a charge well a leaving the scene of a accident a year ago stupid case . I take care of a disabled man i have constant seizures, im bipolar have atumor in my brain possible cervical colon cancer at 25, I was thinkin at most the would give me a fine or probation the da requesting jail the clerk of courts said but i belive they always start that way. So i requested a jury hopefully this lawyer contacts me before the 23rd. Does neone have ne idea what i might get. I mean even though it a lowest misdemeanor I dont thin they have many so called prostitutes in Maine try to hit me hard even though i hadnt since i moved her. Any advice would please help.
