I recently had an interview with midland consulting centre, and they seemed ok, my first interview went well, I was told that they did work with companies like Vodafone, City banks and EDF energy. i just want to point out im new to marketing . So i though cool, these sound like a great company. I was then told that after the interview if i was successful i would be phoned up tonight to come back tomorrow.Turns out they phoned me and i did go back, that day we were sent out with a trainer, to do door to door pitches to help raise money for a charity. It seemed all good, i asked my trainer questions like what does he think of the company and how long has he been with them, he answered positively.Later that night i had my final interview, now throughout the day i was answering questions completely wrong and messing up my words. and when the interviewer said " Why should we accept you" , i just said " i dont know, i have a smile, i have no experience and people in the hall way who want this job know more then me" ......i got offered the job .....apparently they look for people with no experience who cant get a job else where. So naturally i was like " really?....awesome thank you" this is my first job and i needed it On the way home i was talking to family and friends and they all said it sounded suspicious, as its hours are 10 9 and pay is commission only, but from what i seen of everyone there, they get there money and seem happy.But, while im still starting off working for them, i was told my friends to do research on the company, and looking at other people mention there names and how much of a scam they say it is or how they think its part of a cobra group. and how they seem to have no connections with there clients on there website or how on there official site they were established in 2010 but another website said 2007.I just want to know is it a scam?Offer to train me up to manager and progress to manage one of there soon to be new branches.I guess i worked on a bit of impulse since no one else was hiring me and it had some promise of pay.But what i really want to know is, is this company genuine or are they just pulling my leg?anyone else who had interview with midland consulting centre or worked for them who know the truth.

So right now I'm fifteen and going into year 11 soon. On my work experience I'm going to a residential home housing 21 , when I finish high school I REALLY want to do a health and social care apprenticeship and I've heard they're hard to get onto, well basically you just have to get one as soon as you can. I was wondering when I should start asking if they have any apprenticeships as they're hard to get on to? And do you think housing 21 does apprenticeships as there a wide spread large known name? Hello,Im looking for a private landlord in the Halesowen area. me and my partner are currently in a houseshare and although its a great plce we need to move as i am almost 3 months pregnant and our contract is up in october. We also have 3 step kids aged 3 9 who come to stay on weekends so we need a 3 bedroom house with a garden. We both work fulltime and earn a decent wage bare in mind i'll be leaving for my maternity in feb 2012 . Its quite important i stay in this area so i can still get to work as i dont drive, my partner does as he is a roofer. I really want to start the ball rolling without dealing with estate agents.I would rather work with a private landlord landlady. Motion on pleadings midland suit?
Hi, I am currently being sued by these scumbuckets they sent me a motion for pleadings the other day asking the judge to award the case.I've been fighting them since 2010 so they have step it up.Basically what these predators are stating the pleadings is 1 defendant received card its xxx amount,exhibit a, 2 failed to pay,exhibit b, 3 card agreement terms, exhibit c, 4 attorney fees,affidavit which if you look at the signature & style of writing it is clearly from one person,not from 2 different signors.Guess the judge would refuse to see the signatures are from one person,not separate people of in house employee and notary.Again,you can clearly tell one person signed it and photocopied its all falsified.I have denied & not admitted to anything on the discovery interrogatories nor give them my social.here is the good part,I was doing my last rounds about midland and fake affidavits when something stumped me in an article about if they attach a card agreement to verify the date on it against the alleged account and if they don't match up when the alleged count was open they are toast on that one error.Well guess I would pull my credit report again low and behold this account in question has a date opened stated by equifax and transunion in 01 2001.The copywrite on the card agreement is 2000.There is no way this is my account and it is photocopied very badly I might add.I will definitely need to clear up some things with the bureau or get a motion to strike? I am so thankful for finding this info.The account number in question did match with the credit bureaus & amount but not the date? I denied ever having this account and it sure look like I didn't.Would a 2000 copyright card agreement represent an account opened up year after don't think its possible this account were open then? I am starting to think I have been preyed on like others which is sad in these times of the economy.Do I have a clearcut win or do they have other arsenal to produce a 2001 agreement? Do the judge suppose to send me something regarding the court date for the hearing or do I go and contest to the motion since it just been a week I received it? Will I be able to get it dismissed alone on this error? I am surprised I made this far if I can say that,although not quite over.Hope I have some fire power as well as ammunition here.One more thing I forgot,the account was sold to midland by jefferson but they say they are the assignee of providian bank with no proof? That was on the first summons I got from them.On the motions exhibit b they show a collection letter sent but at the bottom under the lawyer name it has creditor midland funding,llc aspire visabalance $1673 anything wrong here? Did aspire buy out providian if so is it pertinent to know when,as aspire is listed as the creditor on the credit file online.A transaction history had charges from 2004 to 2008 around 6 pages.Funny thing here again guys the annual fee on the transaction printout with my name on it does not match the one on the credit card agreement.The card agreement is $89,the transaction printout for year 2004 2008 is $49.Have they goofed up?

Motion For Judgement On The Pleadings Or For Summary Judgement (Midland Junk Debt)?
Hi,I was sued by midland for a credit card debt a little over a year ago.I respondedto all their paperwork & interrogatories in which I refuse to give my SS .This was approximately last nov,2010 now all this time has gone by,almost a year and they send me this motion.I thought & assumed they had either decided not to pursue since I heard nothing from them in weeks or months within the timeframe although I didn't file a dismiss without prejudice at that time? How do they get this motions after almost a years time? What do I do countering this motion? On the motions they have in tiny writing,this is an attempt by a debt collector to collect a debt,,etc the court where filed,docket,,etc and course of action.They state the evidence of showing to the court thedefendant requested & recied a credit card from providian aspire visa,midland is current ownerand sum I owe them exhibit a . 2 I failed to pay exhibit b 3 The credit agreement & terms exhibit c .Also the affidavit of paula hansen stating she has access to pertinent account recs for midland credit management.They have no checks but an items charged list.I am currently on fixed income sent them proof of that & I do believe it is exempt..I do own a home which I presume they want the judgement for the lien? There is no court date schedule but why wait almost a year then motion are they pass some statue? It does not tell me to respond to motion sent to me first class mail? Someone had told me they were not allowed to do business in mississippi or thru attorney here,& there were lawsuits against them practicing here. Any advice or help would be appreciated. ThanksSome things seem forged as now there is a new affidavit from the original with different affidavit signer.How are there now 2 different affidavit witnesses?its also supect that this paula hansen signature is forgery as I did some researchand its not even the same handwriting in comparison to affidavit & someone whom had a suitwith midland and has the same affiant paula hansen? Can this be used? It clearlyshows forgery the signatures do not match up.
