Wouldn't you need a license to practice in the States? I think getting a job would depend on your university's accreditation also.

I think the first question is whether the Oregon licensing authorities will accept your German credentials. You should contact the branch of the Oregon government that licenses your profession and ask.

I'm sure they always have a need for doctors, the thing is to ask the clinic yourself if they will accept your degree. You have to find out by calling and asking them instead of jumping in hoping when you get there, you will get a job.
