Question: Buying land in oregon .....?

So at this point it is still a hypothetical situation, though I was wondering if a person was looking to buy a small piece of land (1/ 2- 2 acers) somewhere in the western half of Oregon without concerns of phone or power access though road access might be nice. What would the minimum amount CASH one would expect to pay for something in this range. I'm hoping to hear from someone with experience in owning land?

I sold 3 acres I had in Gold Hill 2 years ago. I got 300k cash. If there is no power you have to pay to put it in. I am not sure if you are asking that though. If you are asking if you can avoid an easement for power and phone lines, no you can not.
