Question: Can some one who gets an rn liscence from california work in oregon ?

Each state has a licensing board for nurses. You must be licensed in each state you practice in order to practice in that state or you are breaking the law. if you have a license in one state then it is relatively easy to get it in another granted you meet all of that states requirements for licensure.

If you have a valid RN license in one state, you just have to apply to the state board for nursing in a different state and follow their licensing procedures.
