I am in need of cash quickly. Can any one tell a website that does instant approval that will let me have the cash within 2 or 3 days?

I would never try something like this online (I wouldn't get a payday loan anyway), go to a check cashing shop; at least you'll know who has your information. You should be able to get cash on the spot.

By looking online you are setting yourself up to be scammed -- 99% of online lenders are not lenders at all but fake sites that steal your money and identity. And you'll soon have a bunch of Nigerian scammers responding to this with low interest loans which are also scams If you need a loan, start with local banks and credit unions, then payday or private lenders near you who have actual offices so you can verify they actually exist

While there are legit payday loan online there are also lot of scammer out there. Here are a few things to look before you make a loan if they ask you to send them application fee first to get approve, 99% it is a scam if they use western union as a mean to transfer money, a great chance it is a scam if they said you don't need a bank account, don't trust them make sure you read all the fine print and understand the fee and interest you are going to pay if you miss a payment
