Question: Carlisle riverside housing is forcing me to have new central heating put in do i have to have it put in?

Check your tenancy agreement In most cases you do not have to have interior replacement fittings unless it is proved that the current ones are defective or likely to be of a hazard. Just had new central heating fitted by housing association and several declined and were not forced to have it. Hope this helps.Good luck.

It is the property owners rights to update the property as he/ she sees fit.
